In 2023, it was a tumultuous autumn, with the pandemic receding but the world seemingly not recovering or getting better. Numerous events this year have reminded us that behind the facade of societal harmony and dance, there is something wrong!

Natural disasters and human tragedies aside, the ongoing war in Ukraine and conflicts like the Israel-Palestine conflict continue to unfold. Hong Kong witnessed a surge in violent incidents since mid-last year, along with a continuous stream of similar cases, and an alarming increase in suicide rates... It keeps pressing upon us.

As advocates for promoting Gospel Music, we must respond to this era!

We are determined to use music filled with joy, strength, and life stories as a medium, allowing people from different walks of life and backgrounds to listen, participate, and experience hope and vitality amidst life's difficulties.

However, the impact that Promist alone can make is very limited. We hope to connect with more people and become a stronger force, nourishing this generation with the vitality of life! In the future, Promist aims to collaborate with more diverse businesses, organizations, and churches to develop more community-based programs, using this music as a tool to encourage people from different strata of society and enhance the positive energy and resilience of society.
